Butterflies

The beads you can make with this tool are sleek, sexy, stylish and ready for you to do virtually anything to decorate them! They are not just a butterfly, but an actual canvas for your artwork!! You can make them look realistic or you can use them as the background to a beautiful scenery or anything else your creative muse brings to mind.

I recommend 1/16th or 5/64th mandrels, but the curved edges on this shape will look nice with 3/32nd mandrels, as well so pick your favorite option when checking out.

The two sizes measure:

Large 31mm left to right at widest point, 23mm top to bottom. They are 7mm thick on the large wings and 6mm thick on the smaller wings.

Small 24mm left to right at widest point, 18mm top to bottom. They are 7mm thick on the large wings and 6mm thick on the smaller wings.

You have your choice of either a vertical mandrel running top to bottom along the center spine, or a horizontal mandrel groove running left to right  slightly above center so it lays well on the bead wire.
